Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 450×450 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Brush Tool & use the following Brush & settings

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[4]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool & then select Pen Tool, click select Stroke Path

[5]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path

[6]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[7]-Now go to Blending Options with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[8]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[9]-Now select Contour Elements & use the followowing settings

[10]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[11]-Now make Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then reduce the following Shape with the help of Ctrl+T & then ENTER

[12]-Now go to Blending Options with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[13]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[14]-Now select Contour Elements & use the following settings

[15]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee

[16]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color, Go to Blending Options,select INNER SHADOW

[18]-Now go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & then create 2 Duplicate Frames with the help of 2 times click on following Button which is

indicating by Hand sign

[19]-Now select Frame2 & then select Layer2,go to Blending Options select INNER SHADOW

[21]-Now select Frame3 & then select Layer2,go to Blending Options select INNER SHADOW
